Residents have started moving into the first of a trio of high-rise luxury rental towers at Jackson Park in Long Island City, N.Y. A Tishman Speyer development, Jackson Park comprises 1,871 apartments and 120,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor resort-style amenities. The luxury residences range from studios to four-bedrooms.
Designed by Mack Scogin Merrill Elam Architects with interiors by Clodagh Design, Jackson Park offers expansive views of Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn. According to the developer, residents can reach Midtown Manhattan in eight minutes via the Queens Plaza or Queensboro Plaza subway stops, which are steps away from the property.

Jackson Park residents also have exclusive access to a 1.6-acre park and The Club at Jackson Park, a five-story, stand-alone clubhouse offering 45,000 square feet of amenity space. The club connects to each of the three residential towers below grade.
According to Tishman Speyer, all first residents at Jackson Park will receive a complimentary Amazon Echo Show along with a smart outlet that can link with a resident’s device. In addition, the 120 premium penthouse residences will be equipped with a full suite of smart-home devices that integrate with Amazon Alexa, including outlets, light switches, and thermostats. Net rents start at $2,252 per month for studios and go up to $7,385 per month for the four-bedrooms.
