Multifamily Executive’s annual program honoring the apartment industry’s best people, programs, and projects is once again open to submissions, in 20 categories.
The application process is being hosted online at www.mfeawards.com, where applicants can register and pay for their entries and complete the full materials-submission process. Early registration ends April 9, and final submissions close on April 30.

New for 2018
The new category added this year is Mixed Use.
As walkability and the “live–work–play” lifestyle become increasingly important to renters, the number of mixed-use projects has increased. These projects encounter greater challenges than stand-alone multifamily buildings, especially in urban areas. Submissions in this category will represent creative uses of retail space and exemplify ways developers can overcome the financial and design challenges that occur when constructing a mixed-use project.
All winners of the 2018 Multifamily Executive Awards will be honored during the MFE Conference in September. The winners will also be featured online, as well as in the September and October print issues of MFE.
