Bell Partners has promoted two members of its investment team – one on each coast – to the positions of executive vice president.

Two longtime employees, Nickolay Bochilo and Joseph Cannon, received the title bump and will continue to report directly to Lili Dunn, president of the vertically integrated apartment investment and management company. In 2017, Greensboro, N.C.-based Bell Partners ranked 15th on the NMHC’s managers list with more than 58,000 units and completed nearly $1.2 billion in apartment transactions.

“We are very pleased to recognize the outstanding contributions of Joe and Nickolay to the success of our investment team,” Dunn said in a statement. “Their dedication, commitment and professionalism, which they have unfailingly applied to the investment business under their respective supervision, are an example to all Bell associates. The strong and prudent growth of our portfolio is, in part, the direct result of their efforts. Their promotions are an indication of the impressive internal talent within Bell, and we are happy to recognize and reward it.”

Bochilo joined Bell Partners in 2001 and has since been involved in apartment transactions valued in excess of $5 billion. A native of Belarus, he came to the U.S. in 1998 through the Future Leaders Exchange scholarship sponsored by the U.S. Department of State.
