J Turner Research, an online reputation management firm and creator of the ORA Power Rankings, has added Denise Credeur to its sales team as a national sales executive. She will be responsible for expanding the company’s reputation management business.

“We are thrilled to welcome Denise Credeur to our team,” says J Turner Research president Joseph Batdorf. “Her rich background in sales together with her team management skills and dedication to relationship building with clients is of immense value to us. As we continue to be the authority on reputation management in the multifamily industry, Credeur’s passion for helping clients drive revenue through strategic review management will serve as an asset as we work to solidify our leadership position further.”

Credeur received her degree in marketing from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, and brings more than two decades of multifamily experience to her new position through various roles in sales management. She led a team of 18 sales representatives as a sales manager at ApartmentGuide.com, and, prior to joining J Turner, led a team of 10 managers and representatives across multiple markets with CORT Furniture.

Prior to CORT Furniture, Credeur worked with the energy and design firm Direct Energy, excelling in sales through industry involvement and relationships.

“I am so proud to be a part of the J Turner family and incredibly impressed with their passion for their clients and doing what’s right each day to help our multifamily partners grow their business. The good old days of print publication are gone, and J Turner has truly built a platform and business model that allows our partners to improve their ORA scores and online reputation with ease. I have already seen the impact on clients and love watching what this program does for their existing residents and prospects,” says Credeur.
