The Kelley at Samuels Ave., developed by Embrey Partners and designed by Humphreys & Partners Architects, successfully mixes the best of the old world with the future of multifamily living in Fort Worth, Texas.
History has helped define the 353-unit apartment community, which is located in the city’s Samuels Avenue Historic District. The development team preserved a piece of the historic district by restoring the Garvey House, a 100-year-old Queen Anne Victorian home that is also known as Queen of the Trinity, on the site. The home has been repurposed as the leasing center for the community.
