New York City's Waterline Square is the 2020 grand winner in the high-rise category as the Multifamily Project of the Year.

The 2020 Multifamily Executive Award winners—selected by jurors Jed Gibson of Toll Architecture, William Greene III of JPI, and Karen Smith of BH Management Services—showcase the best in development, design, and dedication across the nation.

In a year like no other, the meaning of home has become even more significant due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We commend the architects, developers, builders, and interior designers behind the projects and programs that are being honored for their dedication to creating high-quality housing and a sense of community to serve residents from all walks of life.
