Exuding hotel-inspired living in a private luxury building, Mandarin Oriental Residences in Beverly Hills is the first of the five-star hotel brand’s exclusively residential properties in the country. Developed by SHVO, Bilgili Group, and Deutsche Finance, built by Swinerton, and designed by MVE + Partners, the 54 units range from 1,182 square feet to 6,562 square feet.

Glass-railed terraces, sliding doors, and floor-to-ceiling windows with hairline mullions compose the six-story building’s glass façade.

The interiors, designed by 1508 London, boast organic forms and are inspired by California’s landscape. Each residence’s finishes feature wide-plank white oak flooring, custom kitchens with silver birch wood cabinetry, asymmetric curved leathered Taj Mahal quartzite kitchen islands, and vein-matched Azul de Nordic marble vanities with rounded corners.
