Terra has opened Natura Gardens, the firm’s newest multifamily community in Northwest Miami-Dade County, Florida, for new residents and leasing. On 23 acres, the 460 garden-style apartments are spread across 12 buildings and range in size from one to three bedrooms with 727 to 1,603 square feet.

“We continue to see great demand for market-rate rental housing in the West Hialeah area and across Miami’s suburban neighborhoods,” says David Martin, CEO of Terra. “Natura Gardens will fulfill an unmet need for quality suburban living for thousands of workers and families seeking to minimize their daily commutes.”

Architecturally designed by Pascual, Perez, Kiliddjian, Starr & Associates with the clubhouse and model units imagined by Venus Williams’ V Starr Interiors design firm, residences include custom cabinetry, built-in pantries, kitchen islands, spacious balconies, walk-in closets, and en-suite bathrooms. Lush green spaces with sitting areas dot the community.

Natura Gardens’ two-story clubhouse offers a lounge with a bar and a kitchen; a media room; billiards; a children’s playroom; a fitness center; a business center with coworking spaces and a coffee bar; and a children’s tot lot with recreational equipment. Outside, residents will enjoy a resort-style pool and spa; Tiki hut areas with tables, umbrellas, and hammocks; a covered kitchen prep area and grilling station with a refrigerator and sink; and a residents-only dog park.

Located on the northwest edge of Miami-Dade County, the community is within minutes of major highways that lead to beaches, entertainment, shopping, airports, and professional sports complexes throughout the Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Palm Beach metros.

The opening of Natura Gardens follows the recent completion of Terra’s Pines Garden at City Center, a 387-unit community in Pembroke Pines. Terra also has CentroCity under development that will include 1,200 apartments in central Miami-Dade County as well as two additional South Florida mixed-use communities of 402 and 1,700 units.
