Leasing is open for The Altman Cos.’ first community in Naples, Florida. Altís Santa Barbara, a 242-unit luxury development, will welcome its first residents next month.

Ranging in size from 812 to 1,660 square feet, the one- to three-bedroom luxury apartments offer private entry or exterior hallways served by an elevator, with direct or indirect garage access options. Interiors include spa-inspired bathrooms with dual-sink vanities, a soaking tub, and clear glass shower enclosures. Quartz countertops, front-loaded washers and dryers, and stainless-steel appliances are also included.

Residents will enjoy exclusive membership to The Club within the community with access to a 24/7 fitness center complete with a yoga, spinning, and aerobics studio and a wellness room. Inside the clubhouse is a Starbucks cybercafé in addition to workspace lounges, a private conference room, a movie theater, and a game room. Outdoor amenities at The Club include a resort-style swimming pool, a pavilion, lawn games, and a pet park.

Florida Green Building Coalition certified, Altís Santa Barbara’s sustainable initiatives offer 100% energy-efficient designer lighting; Energy Star refrigerators and dishwashers; high-efficiency water heaters; and car charging stations.
