RangeWater Real Estate has opened Camino at BuHi in partnership with North America Sekisui House (NASH) in Doraville, Georgia. Marking RangeWater’s 26th development in the Atlanta area, the new community offers 303 apartment units and townhomes.
Through a successful partnership between the city and RangeWater, the city council and staff provided support and guidance to ensure Camino enhanced the high-quality rental housing options for current and future residents of Doraville.
“Camino at BuHi represents the kind of intentional, community-focused development we strive for at RangeWater,” says Rob Sucher, managing director of development at RangeWater. “Our partnership with the city of Doraville has been instrumental in bringing this vision to life, reflecting the vibrant character of Buford Highway while delivering high-quality housing and meaningful connectivity. We’re proud to contribute to the city’s growth and look forward to seeing Camino become a part of its evolving story.”
Camino offers studios and one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and townhomes, ranging from 474 to 1,411 square feet. Interiors include quartz countertops, luxury vinyl tile flooring, stainless steel appliances, and smart-home technology. Camino’s amenities include a dog park and spa; a resort-style pool courtyard; coworking offices with a dedicated podcast recording space; an outdoor grilling station; a state-of-the-art fitness center; a rooftop lounge; and a private speakeasy.
Residents are within walking distance of Doraville’s City Hall and the new Assembly Yards mega-project, which will be an adaptive-reuse hub for art, technology, recreation, and commerce. Additionally, RangeWater is installing a new section of the Peachtree Creek Greenway trail that will serve as the “front door” for the community.
“The opening of Camino is a proud moment for Doraville. This community brings high-quality housing to our city while delivering on the vision of our comprehensive plan,” said Doraville mayor Joseph Geierman at the grand opening. “Projects like this show how thoughtful development can enhance livability, connect people to transit, and move Doraville forward.”
