RENDER Stockbridge offers 297 units and an array of amenities.

Crescent Communities, with equity partner Phoenix Capital Management, has opened RENDER Stockbridge, a 297-unit community southeast of Atlanta’s urban core. With a mix of one- to three-bedroom residences, the community was designed to make suburban life feel both upscale and inviting.

RENDER Stockbridge’s amenities include a resort-style pool; an outdoor amenity space with a deck, a fire pit, and grills; coworking spaces with private offices and conference rooms; two dog parks; a state-of-the-art fitness center equipped with yoga and spin equipment; a complimentary coffee bar; a mile-long walking trail nearby; and a clubroom with a shuffleboard, TVs, and ample seating.

“The opening of RENDER Stockbridge marks another step forward in Crescent Communities’ growing multifamily portfolio—not just in Atlanta, but across the country, as we continue to expand across our NOVEL, RENDER, and HARMON platforms,” says Eric Liebendorfer, Georgia managing director for Crescent Communities.

“We’re strategically investing in high-growth suburban markets where we see long-term potential, and Stockbridge is a perfect example—particularly as Metro Atlanta continues to experience a true suburban boom, growing by more than 75,000 residents in the past year alone,” Liebendorfer continues. “This community sits at the center of real momentum, and we’re looking forward to creating more high-quality, attainable living options in places that are shaping what’s next.”

RENDER Stockbridge also seeks to build community among residents through engaging programming, local activities and outings, and meaningful connections with neighboring businesses and organizations. Stockbridge offers the charm of small-town living paired with rapid economic growth and development. Henry County is known for its attractive school system and convenient access to major employment centers, including Delta Air Lines, the Georgia International Convention Center, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, and Kaiser Permanente Southwood Comprehensive Medical Center.

Crescent Communities Construction served as the development’s general contractor, Dwell Design Studio as the project’s architect, with Ironwood Design Group handling landscape architecture and Thomas & Hutton conducting civil engineering.

The firm has 11 multifamily communities delivered or underway throughout Atlanta totaling over 3,000 units. Crescent’s Class A NOVEL brand delivers luxury residences in urban environments, while RENDER focuses on developing best-in-class suburban multifamily communities with local character at a more approachable cost.

Nationwide, Crescent Communities continues to experience significant growth with $7.2 billion of residential and commercial investments and developments in various stages of construction, operations, and planning. That pipeline includes 15,300 multi- and single-family build-to-rent units; 58,000 square feet of complementary retail space; and 7.5 million square feet of office, industrial, and life-sciences facilities.
