Virginia Love

Virginia Love began her multifamily career over 30 years ago as a leasing consultant for Trammell Crow Residential making $5.72 an hour and $30 a lease. With roles spanning training, marketing, and operations at companies like Summit Properties, Watermarke Cos., and ING Clarion, she joined Entrata in June 2019 as industry principal after 12 years as vice president of leasing and marketing at Waterton Residential. In her current role at Entrata, Love drives growth and innovation through active involvement in marketing, product development, and sales. Love is a National Apartment Association Lyceum graduate and former Atlanta and Georgia Apartment Association chairperson. In 2021, she was named a Multifamily Influencer by GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum and was honored by Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards for 2022. A seasoned speaker at industry conferences and events, she's participated in countless industry events. Additionally, Love is a member of the Apartment All-Stars.
