Employees at multifamily management company Drucker + Falk (DF) are giving back to the communities where they work. For the third consecutive year, teams volunteered their time to local beautification inspired by Keep America Beautiful, a national nonprofit dedicated to community improvement. For its efforts, the nonprofit has designated DF as a Great American Cleanup Ambassador.
According to DF, 2025 saw a boost in cleanup events and employee participation, with 278 team members contributing to 18 cleanup events in seven states—Florida, Louisiana, Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, and Virginia. During April and May, the team members racked up 1,111 collective volunteer hours to collect over 325 buckets of trash from parks, downtown areas, trails, beaches, and more.
“Our annual cleanup initiative holds a special place for us at DF,” said Tarra Secrest, director of marketing. “It’s truly inspiring to see the employee interest and participation grow year after year. This type of volunteerism is incredibly inclusive, allows our teams to work together toward an immediate, tangible impact, and people genuinely love the opportunity to make a visible difference in their local communities. It’s a prime example of how powerful and engaging giving back can be.”
DF provides team members with an annual paid “Day of Giving” benefit and promotes volunteering in local communities—from donation drives and financing support to planting gardens and providing meals.
“I’ve always believed in the power of giving back and the profound difference it makes in our local communities,” added managing director Wendy Drucker. “This is a huge priority for us at DF and is part of the why we created our ‘Day of Giving’ program to begin with. Beyond the immense impact we make externally, these events offer an incredible experience for our team members—fostering camaraderie and a shared sense of accomplishment. Seeing so many team members come together, contributing their time and energy, speaks volumes about our culture and collective commitment.”
DF, founded in 1938, manages a diverse portfolio of over 42,000 apartments and over 3 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial space in 12 states. The firm is ranked No. 40 on the National Multifamily Housing Council’s top 50 apartment managers for 2025.
