Southern Land Co. Promotes Kevin House to VP of Multifamily Development West

House will lead expansion into Boulder, Colo., Las Vegas, and new markets in Arizona.

National real estate developer Southern Land Co. has promoted Kevin House, a development project manager based out of the company’s Denver office, to vice president of multifamily development West. In his new role, House will oversee and coordinate the entire development cycle for multifamily and mixed-use projects in the company’s Western region.

House has 20 years of experience in construction and project management, and holds both OSHA and LEED certifications. Prior to joining Southern Land Co. in 2018, he served as a senior construction manager for Crescent Communities in Greenwood Village, Colo., a senior construction manager with BROE Real Estate Group in Denver, and a project manager with The Hanover Co. in Denver.

House’s active projects include the $117 million Bespoke Uptown in Denver, the $176 million Reve in Boulder, Colo., and the Auric within Symphony Park in Las Vegas. He was the development manager for multifamily and infrastructure on the Stapleton redevelopment project in Denver and worked on the Crescent Highland development in Scottsdale, Ariz.
