Village Green has announced promotions for President and COO Diane Batayeh and Senior Vice Presidents David Ferszt and Barbara Hale.
Batayeh, Ferszt, and Hale will form the company’s new executive team, which will direct Village Green’s future growth and evolution. Taken together, the team’s members combine approximately 60 years of company experience.

David Ferszt, President of Village Green Management Company
Batayeh will be promoted to CEO of Village Green. She will be responsible for planning and strategic initiatives for all of Village Green’s companies, and will continue to represent the company in industry organizations, including the Executive Committee for the National Multifamily Housing Council.

Barbara Hale, Executive VP of Village Green Holding
Ferszt will be promoted to President of Village Green Management Company, and Hale will be promoted to executive VP of Village Green Holding. He will oversee all of Village Green Management’s regional and corporate apartment management teams, as well as new technology initiatives and business intelligence operations. Hale will be responsible for all of Village Green’s sales, marketing, and branding, including the V-Suites corporate housing division.
Village Green currently manages about 40,000 apartments in over 30 cities. The company is undergoing structural changes related to its 2016 ownership consolidation, which transformed the entity into a third party property management company.
