Alliance Residential continues to broaden its footprint in the Carolinas. The multifamily developer has closed on the acquisition of almost 11 acres in the Highland Creek neighborhood of Charlotte, N.C., for the development of a walkable luxury apartment community. Construction on Broadstone Highland Creek, which will include 260 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and seven townhomes, will begin this year.
The development, which was designed by architect Cline Design Associates and civil engineering firm McAdams, will include 8,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space, a resort-style pool, a clubroom, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a dog park.
āAs Alliance Residential Realty continues to look for opportunities to provide centrally located housing options in Charlotte that offer high-end finishes, cutting-edge technology, extensive community amenities, and unique living experiences, Highland Creek was the next logical neighborhood to add to our portfolio,ā said Donald Santos, Alliance Residentialās Carolinas managing director. āLocated in the highly sought-after Highland Creek neighborhood, Broadstone Highland Creek will provide residents with all the convenient perks of city life in a warm, suburban community.ā
The development, which is slated to welcome residents in early 2022, is located off I-485 and is in close proximity to a community park, recreation opportunities, retail, and dining.
This development furthers Allianceās commitment to the region.
