Amcal Equities and Atticus Real Estate Development have announced plans for a luxury apartment project in Rockwall, Texas– The Harbor Urban Center Apartments. The new, 2.14-acre community will offer 228 market-rate apartments in the last remaining area of the city that is zoned for multifamily development.
Located on the east side of the Dallas-Fort Worth area just south of Interstate 30, The Harbor Urban Center Apartments is a Class A mid-rise apartment project offering access to Rockwall employers, retailers, Lake Ray Hubbard, and the highly-ranked Rockwall independent school district.
Apartment units will include stainless steel Energy Star appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, vinyl plank flooring in kitchen and living spaces, and glass-recycled surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom. The rental units will also include spacious closets and a large patio.
A rooftop garden will offer views of the lake, while two landscaped courtyards will include barbecue grills. Resident will also have access to outdoor kitchens, fire pits, cabana-style lounge seating, an internet cafe, and coffee bar. A state-of-the-art fitness room will include space for yoga and aerobics while the wifi-enabled clubroom will include a full business center.
Construction will begin on The Harbor Urban Center Apartments this month, and the project is scheduled for completion in October 2019.
