West Coast–based developer Evergreen Development has broken ground on its new 258-unit luxury apartment community in Phoenix. Located at Southern Avenue and 34th Street on roughly 11 acres of land, the project will be called the Parc at South Mountain.
“The South Mountain Corridor has been undergoing a major revitalization and gentrification,” says Matt Evans, Evergreen’s regional president of Arizona multifamily. “This is a luxury community that will offer residents excellent proximity to almost anywhere in the Valley.”
The property will feature three-story garden apartments with a resort-style pool and spa. Units will be finished with wood-inspired plank flooring, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances.
Todd & Associates, Inc. is the enlisted designer on the project with Scottsdale, Ariz. –based builder MT Builders as the contractor. The project team also includes Kland Civil Engineers for engineering and Collaborative V Design Studio for landscape design.
The leasing office is scheduled to open in July 2019.
