Last year, family-owned property company LeFrak announced the launch of leasing at Bisby, a luxury high-rise in Jersey City, New Jersey. The building rises 34 stories and features 385 units ranging from studios to four-bedroom penthouses.

Designed by local architecture firm Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners and global design firm Woods Bagot, Bisby draws inspiration from the concept of a beehive, “seeking to mirror the bustling rhythm of contemporary life while embracing an elegant style to create a sense of community and belonging through a balance of home and workplace.”

Beyond its residences, the community offers an amenity-forward lifestyle. Set against the backdrop of the Hudson River and the Manhattan skyline, Bisby’s 33,000-square-foot rooftop deck was designed for both recreation and relaxation opportunities.

The space features a fitness zone, a dog run, a sun deck, a fire pit, an outdoor kitchen with grills, and room to play the country’s continuously popular pickleball sport. Set off in the corner, the fenced-in court is surrounded by lush landscaping and allows residents to get outside and challenge their friends to a friendly game with unparalleled views.

In addition to the pickleball perch, residents also have access to a two-level co-working center, a golf simulator, a fitness center, a resident lounge with a gaming area, a dedicated content studio, a dog spa, a playroom, and more.
