It seems like every time a new class A project is built, its goal is to outdo the previous one. But after a while, the amenities wind up being the same. So, how do luxury properties differentiate themselves?

Grand Treviso Apartments bumped up the bar with its Venetian-style gondolas and water taxi service, which take residents to restaurant and entertainment venues in Las Colinas. Located on the urban canal system, Palladium USA International Inc. went the extra mile and built a dock platform into the canal. Walkways allow residents and community members to take advantage of this unique amenity.

Residents benefit from high-end amenities, including stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Every last detail makes their experiences memorable. Each apartment has a concierge service room, a portal where goods and services are delivered – staff members do not enter residents’ homes. In the project’s common areas, 22 paintings from a French artist enrich the visual experience of the residents. No detail was too small to consider.
