Toll Brothers Apartment Living, along with joint venture partner PGIM, has celebrated the opening of The Laurent. The seven-story mid-rise multifamily community offers 525 new luxury units in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

“The Laurent represents our commitment to bringing luxury living to vibrant locations positioned for growth,” says John McCullough, president of Toll Brothers Apartment Living, the rental subsidiary of Toll Brothers. “Together with our partners at PGIM, we have set a new standard of apartment living in Cambridge while expanding our footprint in the Boston area.”

With a diverse mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments, plus townhomes, each residence at The Laurent is designed with luxury in mind. Units feature Caesarstone quartz countertops, hardwood-style flooring, stainless steel appliances, smart-home technology, kitchen pantries, fixed and floating kitchen islands, walk-in tiled showers with glass enclosures, bathroom linen closets, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Select residences include balconies or patios and views of Boston.

“The Laurent offers an unparalleled living experience, blending modern conveniences with the charm of Cambridge,” says Will Adams, regional director of acquisitions and development for Toll Brothers Apartment Living in New England. “Residents will appreciate the thoughtful design and high-end finishes throughout the community, as well as the close proximity to all that Boston has to offer.”

Boasting 21,000 square feet of amenity space, The Laurent offers residents a community park with a boardwalk, native plantings, and a turf play lawn; two fitness centers along with a training studio; a saltwater pool with a lap lane and cabanas; landscaped courtyards; multiple co-working spaces; a social hub with functional bar and gaming lounge; a children’s room with energetic space for creative play; a pet spa with a wash and drying station; and a rooftop deck with views of Fresh Pond and Boston.
