Attman Holdings and Bozzuto have begun leasing for The Residences at Sandy Farms, a luxury 300-unit apartment community in Severn, Maryland, with convenient access to Baltimore, Annapolis, and Washington, D.C.

“The Residences at Sandy Farms is unlike any property recently developed in Anne Arundel County,” says Jonathan Attman, principal of Attman Holdings. “With its rich amenities, high-end finishes, and location, it is the pinnacle of its class out of anything built in the area. From professionals and families to empty nesters and students, this community caters to a variety of lifestyles by offering sophisticated living that allows residents to work, live, and play.”

Ranging from one- to three-bedrooms and 785 to 1,482 square feet, all apartments feature 9- to 12-foot ceilings, oversized windows, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, tile backsplashes, and roomy closets and cabinet storage. Select floor plans include balconies and kitchen islands.

Residents will enjoy a range of amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, a dog spa, a game room, storage units, a business center, and a 5,933-square-foot, two-story clubhouse. Outdoor amenities feature a nature trail and two outdoor courtyards that include a resort-style swimming pool, fire pits, grilling stations, a playground, a Bocce court, and putting greens.

Developed by Attman Holdings, The Residences at Sandy Farms’ leasing and property management is by Bozzuto. The development and design team includes Poole & Poole Architecture as architect; Aumen Asner, interior design; Chesapeake Contracting Group, general contractor; Gaines & Co., site contractor; Messick & Associates, project civil engineer; and Vika, landscape architect.
