Developed by Portland, Oregon-based Urban Asset Advisors and constructed by LMC Construction, Novus Apartments in Portland’s Woodstock neighborhood is now complete. The 84-unit mixed-use community will be managed by newly formed CloudTen Residential.

Filling a need for urban-style apartments in the region, CloudTen now manages more than 30 properties, with the addition of Novus, throughout Oregon and Washington.

“The region has a robust multifamily market, and we look forward to further expanding our portfolio here. Our clients have been thrilled by our boutique-style, hands-on approach paired with the best technology our sector has to offer,” says Dennis Mitchell, vice president of strategy for CloudTen Residential.

Designed by architect Kyle Rodrigues of Scott Edwards Architecture, the units range from 443-square-foot studios to 1,272-square-foot three-bedroom floor plans with quartz countertops, pendant lighting, vinyl plank flooring, and oversized windows. Within the community, there are also 16 expandable technology-powered Ori Studio homes.

Residents will enjoy a lounge, a coffee bar, and a courtyard with grills and a fire pit. The 1,972 square feet of commercial space offers a Filipino bakery, Shop Halo Halo, and Daphne’s Botanicals.

CloudTen’s Portland-area portfolio includes Parallax, a 66-unit development, and Ninebark, a 246-unit development. CloudTen has 60 properties equaling over 7,000 units throughout Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.
