Registration is now open for the annual Multifamily Executive Conference, Sept. 30 to Oct. 2, at the Bellagio in Las Vegas.

Multifamily Executive is moving forward with plans to hold its annual event, with an agenda that will provide insight needed to survive today’s unprecedented challenges and strengthen businesses for the future. At the same time, we’re closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation around the country and the guidance provided by government leaders and health organizations. Providing a safe environment for conference attendees is a priority.

During these uncertain and challenging times, it’s critical for multifamily stakeholders to stay connected with their partners and peers to prepare for the unknown and reset from the impact of COVID-19. This year’s event will take a sharp look at the three most critical change agents for the industry—technology, labor, and regulation.

Back by popular demand is the annual Executive Power Panel, where top leaders including Avanath Capital Management chairman and CEO Daryl Carter, GID COO Greg Bates, and Pinnacle president and CEO Rick Graf will reveal how they are dealing with today’s market and preparing for the future. In addition, Marcus & Millichap’s John Sebree and JLL’s Ryan Severino will provide their latest economic outlook.

Keynoter Vikram Mansharamani, author, lecturer at Harvard’s John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences where he also teaches a course, and a global equity investor, will share insight on how to navigate uncertainty.

Additional sessions will dig into the latest on the changing regulatory environment, managing a remote workforce, what’s hot and what’s not for technology amenities, the power of proptech, and other vital topics.

Register by Aug. 5 for the early-bird rate of $999 or $899 for nonprofit attendees.

As part of a new policy related to the COVID-19 pandemic, attendees who cancel on or before Aug. 16 will receive a full refund.

Attendance is reserved exclusively for multifamily industry property executives, developers, architects, builders, and other real estate executives.
