The Calida Group is expanding its Elysian Living brand with five new luxury living communities set to open over the next three months. The first, Ely at American Fork in Utah, is officially open and is the first property outside of Nevada in the company’s portfolio. In Las Vegas, four additional properties are set to open including Ely at Fort Apache, Elysian at Sunset, Elysian at Centennial, and Ely on Fremont in September.

“It’s an incredibly exciting time for us as we launch our first Elysian Living in Utah, a new market for us,” says Eric Cohen, co-founder and managing director of The Calida Group. “We’re bringing the natural elements of the outside in, while also keeping the elevated details the Elysian Living brand is known for, which we cannot wait to unveil to the community.”

Located in American Fork, Utah, the 320-unit one-, two-, and three-bedroom community features designer fixtures, quartz countertops, upgraded cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and additional premium finishes. Amenities include a 4,800-square-foot standalone clubhouse, pool, dog park, resident lobby, outdoor kitchen, fire pits, picnic areas, and community walking trail. The property was designed by The Calida Group in partnership with Castlewood Development.

“We are proud to be expanding not only Elysian Living’s portfolio of luxury living communities in Las Vegas, but also throughout the Western U.S.,” says Douglas Eisner, co-founder and managing director of The Calida Group.

Opening in August, Ely at Fort Apache will offer studio up to three-bedroom units with amenities ranging from private poolside cabanas to an outdoor kitchen with barbecue grills and a kegerator. The contemporary interiors will have spacious balconies, oversized bathtubs, and stainless-steel appliances.

Elysian at Sunset will include one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, and Elysian at Centennial will offer studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Both communities, also set to open in August, include a resort-style pool, massage room, and tanning room, among other amenities. The fifth new community, Ely on Fremont, is slated to open in September.
