The Atlantic Cities’ Richard Florida looks at venture capital investment data from The Center for an Urban Future to rank the nation’s most important high-tech centers. And surprisingly, New York City—or Silicon Alley—has emerged as a force nearly rivaling Silicon Valley, according to the report.
