Constance B. Moore Adds ‘CEO' to Her Business Card

Leslie Steen, the former president and CEO of the National Housing Partnership in Washington, D.C., has joined The Housing Partnership Network. She will serve as vice president for policy and business development for the Boston-based organization, which brings together 80 community development nonprofit groups from around the country.

Garrison Partners has promoted Cyndy Salgado from general manager of operations to regional vice president. The Chicago-based firm markets new construction projects, condo conversions, and adaptive reuse of non-residential buildings into for-sale properties.

Sperry Van Ness, an Irvine, Calif.-based commercial brokerage firm, has boosted its presence in the Golden State. It recently added two senior advisors: Michael Shields in Silicon Valley Shields and John Williams in Northern California. Previously, Shields worked as a commercial investment broker for Coldwell Banker Commercial, where he handled multifamily and retail properties. Williams, who specializes in retail and multifamily property sales in California’s Marin County, most recently was the owner and broker of Delta Group Realty.

RENTNET has promoted Lucas Haldeman to Homestore regional president. Haldeman, formerly the vice president of RENTNET sales, will relocate to Iowa, where he will coordinate sales efforts for RENTNET, REALTOR, HomeBuilder, and Welcome Wagon in the state.

BSW International has added Nancy Patton as a senior architect in its Rogers, Ark., office. Patton, who is a licensed architect in Arkansas and California, has designed for multifamily, government, office, and retail projects and movie sets.
