Casto, a Columbus, Ohio-based real estate services firm, has added a realty division: CCMI Realty, which will serve residents moving to homeownership. James J. Cunningham, executive vice president of residential property management for Casto, will serve as the broker for the new division.
Paul Cummings has been named chief acquisitions officer for the Enterprise Social Investment Corp. Cummings, who recently managed the Columbia, Md.-based firm’s West Coast operations, will oversee the company’s tax credit acquisitions for its housing investment portfolio. Brent Kohere has joined Home Properties as vice president for the New York City metro region, where he will oversee Home apartment communities in New Jersey, Long Island, and the lower Hudson Valley.
Apartment Realty Advisors has expanded into Phoenix. Brad Goff, previously a vice president with Trammell Crow in Phoenix, will open the new ARA office as principal and founding partner.
Gordon Bartram has joined Thomas P. Cox: Architects of Irvine, Calif., as a senior project manager. He will oversee high-rise multifamily housing and urban planning projects for the firm.
