Greystar has announced the opening of a new, full-service regional office in Minneapolis, Minn., that will serve the company’s property management needs in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania, where it currently manages more than 8,000 units.
The new office is set to host an open house during the new year, in which guests can meet its team of local real estate professionals and learn more about Greystar and its practices.
“Greystar has experienced significant growth throughout the Midwest and we are working hard to ensure our growth continues,” Toni Reeves, Executive Director of Real Estate for Greystar, said in a release. “We have the ability to leverage our national platform in terms of marketing, procurement, accounting and financial management offering a depth of resources along with high-caliber local market talent and expertise.”
Greystar currently manages more than 400,000 units in 160 domestic and foreign markets, and has over $14 billion in assets under management.
