Denver-based Mission Rock Residential has expanded its property management reach into the Southeast and the booming Atlanta market with its recent management acquisition of The Residences at Vinings Mountain apartments. Mission Rock will manage the development on behalf of Hamilton Zanza Real Estate Investments.
The community, located in Atlanta’s Vinings neighborhood, comprises 680 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, each of which includes a washer and dryer, a dry bar, and a fireplace. Community amenities are located in three clubhouses on the property and include three swimming pools, a business center, a fitness center, a yoga studio, a spa, a barbecue area, and an indoor simulated-golf center.
Mission Rock currently manages 21,000 units across 103 properties in Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Washington.
The company will implement its “Rock Solid Guarantee” at Vinings Mountain, a program that promises a 24-hour response to maintenance calls, complimentary lock-out assistance, and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
