Jon Killough has been promoted to executive vice president of Summit Asset Management, where he has been employed since 1998. Previously, he managed the company’s development and finance group, a responsibility he will maintain with this promotion.
Moran & Co. has named Jeff Williams managing partner of the firm’s new Pacific Northwest office in Seattle. Williams, who now is responsible for managing all facets of multifamily investment sales for the company, formerly was a Moran client in his work with Security Properties.
Julie Wheeler Abrerra has been named director of development for the National Housing Conference and its research affiliate, the Center for Housing Policy. Previously, she was executive director of the Homebuilding Community Foundation.
1031 Exchange Options has added Christine M. Geske to its team of replacement property specialists. She will assist investment property owners with finding replacement properties for their 1031 exchanges and other real estate investments. Previously she was with American Investors Group, Lincoln Financial Advisors, and Edward Jones Investments.
Howard Houston has been named Midwest regional marketing director for SureDeposit, where he will head up sales and marketing operations in 12 states as well as direct the company’s Bloomington, Ind., office. Prior to joining SureDeposit, he was director of sales at Network Multifamily Security Corp.
Marsha Robinson has joined the Fogelman Management Group as regional vice president of the Southeast region. Robinson, who will be based in the firm’s Atlanta office, previously worked for Alexander Property Group in Atlanta. SB Architects has announced four promotions in its San Francisco headquarters location. Michael D. Chambers is now the firm’s technical director, a newly created position. Vito Vanoni, David Louie, and Eric Nyhus have been named associates; between them, they bring 40 years of experience to the firm.
Michelle Campbell has joined ALCO Management as a district manager in its Nashville office, where she will be responsible for a portfolio of affordable and tax-credit properties in three states. Keith Bloom and Bob Hughes have been promoted to principals of Thompson Dorfman Partners, a luxury developer in Sausalio, Calif. Bloom joined the firm in 2001 as a vice president; previously, he was a vice president with Bank of America Community Development Bank. Hughes, who joined the firm this year, previously was senior vice president of operations with Standard Pacific Homes’ East Bay division.
Graham Chernoff has joined JB Matteson Institutional Capital Partners as vice president, acquisitions, with responsibility for sourcing acquisitions in Northern California, Oregon, Nevada, and Arizona. Previously he covered a similar region with Acacia Capital Corp.
Steve Malley has joined Sperry Van Ness as regional manager in San Diego, where he will oversee operations. Previously he was assistant director of Studley’s Investment Property Group.
Rizo Ramusevic has joined Levine Builders as director of risk management. Previously he was an independent consultant for an insurance and risk management firm in New York.
Keystone Pacific Property Management has promoted Tracie Blankenship to director of business development. She will be responsible for maintaining current business relationships and building new ones for the company.
United Properties has named JoAnna Hicks as a project manager in its development division. She will work on mixed-use and infill developments as well as historic rehabilitation projects.
