RealPage Acquires Livble to Expand Flexible Rent Payment Solutions

The integration boosts the firm’s LOFT and Buildium platforms.

In its efforts to redefine the resident experience, RealPage has acquired Livble, a flexible payment solution for the multifamily industry. Livble will be integrated into LOFT, RealPage’s resident experience platform, as well as Buildium, its property management software for mixed portfolio and HOA managers.

With Livble, qualified residents have the option to pay rent on their terms, splitting payments into four installments monthly to align with their cash flow. Property managers also benefit from the solution, with guaranteed on-time rent, real-time ledger reporting, and enhanced financial visibility. RealPage assumes 100% of the nonpayment risk and manages all collections, which reduces the administrative burden for on-site teams.

“This strategic acquisition underscores RealPage’s commitment to enhancing the resident experience,” said RealPage CEO and president Dana Jones. “Offering more financial flexibility for renters while enabling our customers to operate more efficiently is exactly the type of innovation we strive to deliver at RealPage. Integrating Livble builds on the remarkable momentum we’ve achieved with LOFT in such a short period, and we’re equally excited to bring this powerful solution to our Buildium customers.”

According to RealPage, expanding LOFT with Livble is another step in the evolution of the platform. Over 3 million units have access to LOFT, which brings leasing, moving, payments, and rewards together in one app.

“RealPage and Livble have a shared vision to redefine the rent payment experience. By joining forces, we will accelerate the adoption of flexible payment options at scale for both property managers and residents,” Livble co-founder and CEO John Ehrlich added. “We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built, and this acquisition is a powerful validation of our vision and innovation. Together, we’ll accelerate our mission to make financial wellness a reality for millions of renters. We are just getting started.”
