Its new marketing initiative, “Building Beyond Expectations,” emphasizes the company’s commitment to excellence, whether rebuilding blighted neighborhoods or restructuring its Housing Choice Voucher program.
“Building Beyond Expectations” is the company’s corporate theme, motto, and mission all rolled into one concise statement. The slogan and accompanying logo appear at all property sites and as taglines in ads and corporate material. The slogan lets the public know that the authority is committed to improving Philadelphia through quality developments and programs.

Easton Apartments
For those who believe that everything is bigger and better in Texas, Easton Apartments is no exception. Located on the edge of downtown Dallas, the 150-unit property caters to young, single professionals who want to live near married friends. The complex is in a burgeoning neighborhood of single-family homes filled with young married couples and children.
To accommodate singles, Beeler Guest Owens Architects designed a large number of efficiencies with open floor plans. The building’s exterior features a craftsman-style design to blend in with nearby homes, while the interior offers eclectic furniture mixed with craftsman-style windows and designs. Developer Phoenix Property Co. focused on common amenities that appeal to this young demographic–including a large pool with waterfalls and a courtyard sporting a year-round campfire.
