  • Muss Development is developing Oceana Condominium & Club, a 15-acre development in the Brighton Beach neighborhood of Brooklyn, N.Y. Residences in the 12-story, 68-unit tower will feature high ceilings, granite countertops, and marble baths. Amenities will include outdoor pools and sundeck areas, a health club and spa, and a rooftop terrace. Prices range from the $600,000s to more than $2 million. The project is expected to be completed in May.
  • U.S. Capital Holdings Group is developing 321 North, a mixed-use redevelopment of a former shopping mall in Plantation, Fla. The development, designed by ADD, will include 400 to 600 residential units, approximately 550,000 square feet of retail, and 300,000 square feet to 400,000 square feet of office space. The project, which will incorporate shopping, dining, and entertainment venues, is designed to fit into the city’s master plan for an urban town center called Plantation Midtown.
