Out of over 240 nominations, our judges selected 14 grand and 17 merit winners in 14 categories. The grand winners range from adaptive-reuse developments in Chicago and Ludlow, Massachusetts, to attainable housing in Salem, Oregon, and Salt Lake City.

As part of the MFE Awards, we also honor three leaders making significant contributions to their companies, communities, and the industry: Rising Star Jeremy Cutts, associate at Williams Blackstock Architects; Executive of the Year J. David Heller, CEO and co-founder of The NRP Group; and Hall of Fame inductee David Adelman, CEO of Campus Apartments.

Read more about these multifamily leaders and their accomplishments as well as the grand winners and how they’re meeting the needs of their residents.
